get involved
Health improvement happens when we work together.

The Coalition for Health Improvement (CHI) is where community members, healthcare providers, educators, community-based organizations, changemakers, and anyone else who cares about advancing health and wellbeing work in Grant County can come together to participate, collaborate, and share resources.
ways to participate
Show Up
The simplest way to get involved is to show up. Start by attending one of our community events, which are designed to be accessible, welcoming, and collaborative. These gatherings are open spaces where partners share what they're working on, learn from each other, and tackle challenges together.

Show Up
Sometimes the most valuable contribution is simply sharing what you're hearing in your work or your community. If you serve people facing food insecurity, transportation barriers, or mental health challenges, or digital access inequities, your insights help us understand what's really needed.

Stay Connected
Keep up with what the CHI is doing. We send out network updates at least quarterly or as things come up. You can also join a broader network of people advancing health and wellbeing work across the region with our partners Thriving Together North Central Washington.

What is the CHI and how is it different than
other organizations?
What makes us different: The Coalition for Health Improvement (CHI) acts as the connector and coordinator for community health and wellbeing work in Grant County. We do not provide any direct services, but rather, we bring people together around pressing issues, support collaborative action, help build capacity, and connect partners across Grant County and the broader North Central Washington Region.
How can I get involved?
Joining the Network and becoming a partner: Whether you are representing an organization or are a community member, anyone who desires to help improve health and wellbeing outcomes in Grant County is welcome to be a member of the CHI. We host quarterly in-person gatherings, and facilitate other workgroups throughout the year.

As a member of the network, you will receive updates and information on meetings, events, the CHIP, legislation, and other work happening in our network and the broader Thriving Together NCW network.
